Capabilities
United Elevator can provide a maintenance contract to fulfill your
needs. If you need just oil and grease service , or full maintenance with 24
hour call back service, or something in between, United Elevator has a plan. We service
customers with one unit or 50 plus units. We service all types facilities,
schools, hospitals, retail buildings, apartments, hotels, factories, residences,
etc. We have a fleet of trucks equipped with parts and tools to service most
elevators in our market area. Our drivers are radio dispatched and can respond
to any emergency. We can provide 24 hour monitoring of your elevator emergency
phone. Contact our service department about receiving quotes for your elevator.
Oil and Grease
We will come on a schedule that is dictated by your elevator and
perform oiling and greasing the elevator and any necessary cleaning of the
machine parts. We will examine signal devices, doors, interlocks, etc. and
make recommendation for repairs. Parts and labor to install parts are not
included in this type of agreement but lubricants are. No load tests are

Full Service made during normal office hours.
We will come on a schedule that is dictated by your elevator and
perform full maintenance on the elevator and any necessary cleaning of the
machine parts. This service does cover replacement of a large number of
minor parts such as controller, limit switch, and interlock contacts and
signal lamps. We will maintain and if conditions warrant, repair or replace
certain major parts such as machine, motor, generator, pump, valves,
packing, guide shoes, roller guides to name a few. This service includes
emergency callback during normal office hours and load tests are included.

This is the same as the Full Service described above except that

Residential Service
A home elevator is a substantial investment. We offer a plan with
semi-annual inspections and coverage of most parts. Contact our
